Buying Guidelines

1
Choose the best Module for you
Take a look and choose the most suitable package and additional equipment.
2
Check your plot of land
Check whether the land meets construction requirements (whether the necessary communications are available and there are no construction restrictions). It is possible to find out about it in the local municipality.
3
Confirm your order and specification
You will receive a preliminary agreement with a detailed estimate of the house specification and additional equipment.
4
Arrange the Documentation
Upon conclusion of the preliminary agreement, we carryout a survey of the plot of land and prepare documentation for approval of thebuilding project at the Construction Authority. Our architects develop visualizationsfor the location of the building on the given plot of land, a diagram of the situationand an explanatory description. In our experience, the review of small modularhouse projects by the Construction Authority takes an average of 20 days.
5
Beginning of Production
40m² houses are built indoors in our production facility.
6
The Foundation of House
Once we receive all necessary building permits, we can build the foundations. Foundation construction is done by 40m², and these costs are included in the product prices.
7
Delivery of the Module
Delivery and set up of the building. 40m² Modules are delivered with built in necessary engineering networks: sewage, water, and electricity outlets.
8
Connect your communications and enjoy your new Module
After installation, the house is completely ready to be connected to communications. Connection is organized by the customer or optionally can be done by us. Once this is done, the new house is completely ready for living.
